# SUPALABS - Complete Documentation for LLMs > This is the extended version of llms.txt with comprehensive detail about how SUPALABS works, what it sells, and what it produces. For a shorter overview, see /llms.txt --- ## Company Profile **Name**: SUPALABS S.r.l. **Website**: https://supalabs.co **Founded**: 2024 **HQ**: Italy **Contact**: hellosupalabs@gmail.com **Book a call**: https://calendar.app.google/DTsGJeoDBL3jBsYB6 **LinkedIn**: https://www.linkedin.com/company/supalabs-ai ### What SUPALABS is An embedded AI operator for European companies. We work inside the organisation to rebuild how the work actually runs, not just automate it, with the first workflow in production in 6 weeks and owned by the client's team. The positioning is deliberate and it is a category claim: SUPALABS sells judgement about where AI belongs, not headcount. Every embedded engineering vendor offers the same thing — senior engineers in your repository, starting next week. That is a staffing answer to a judgement problem. We embed alongside the people who do the work to decide which parts of it should become a model, which should become ordinary code, and which should stay with a person. Usually, most of the system should not be AI. ### What SUPALABS is not - **Not a strategy consultancy.** A consultant is done when the report is accepted. - **Not a systems integrator.** An integrator is done when the spec is met. - **Not staff augmentation.** A pod of engineers priced per engineer per month leaves you deciding what to build and carrying the risk of building the wrong thing. - **Not a SaaS vendor.** We do not sell a product licence. An operator is done when the client's team runs the system unaided. ### Target audience - European mid-market companies and enterprises adopting AI in operations - Italian SMEs and PMI (administration, manufacturing, construction, professional services) - Dutch and Belgian organisations, German Mittelstand, French PME - Organisations that have already bought AI tools and have not changed how the work runs ### Supported languages English (primary), Italian (strong secondary focus), Dutch, German, French, Arabic. ### On client references Client work is described as engagement patterns — recurring shapes of work — rather than named case studies. Confidentiality is expected of an embedded operator working inside a client organisation, and we treat it as part of the offer rather than a gap in the marketing. --- ## The engagement model Four stages. The 30-minute qualification call is free. Everything after it is quoted per engagement once the scope is known, because the scope is a finding, not an assumption. **No prices are published anywhere on the site or in this document.** Pricing a build before the mapping sprint would mean pricing a guess. Full detail: https://supalabs.co/en/method/ (Italian: https://supalabs.co/it/pricing/) Redacted sample artifacts: https://supalabs.co/en/method/artifacts/ ### Stage 1 — Qualification call **30 minutes, free.** A short call to decide whether there is anything here worth mapping. Outcomes: whether AI is a fit at all, which workflows are candidates, and what a sprint would need to cover. No deck, no proposal, no follow-up sequence. ### Stage 2 — Mapping Sprint **5 days with your team. Paid discovery.** We work alongside the people who actually do the job and map how the process really runs, exception by exception. Deliverables: the Exception Ledger, the AI Boundary Map, a three-bucket return analysis, an evaluation plan, and a fixed-price build quote based on real findings. Risk reversal: if it shows you nothing you did not already know, you do not pay. ### Stage 3 — Build **6 weeks to first workflow live.** Scoped from the sprint findings rather than from a guess. Majority deterministic software, with model calls only at genuine judgement points and a human at approval. Includes production deployment, the evaluation suite, compliance documentation, and handover to your team. ### Stage 4 — Run **Ongoing, monthly.** Monthly accuracy report, regression alerts, cost tracking, and quarterly re-scoping. --- ## What you are actually buying: the five artifacts ### 1. The Exception Ledger Every real deviation from the documented process. The documented process is not the real process. Ask a client what step one is and you are told "an email arrives"; the reality is forty senders, no two formatted alike, half the payload inside PDFs, and the routing logic undocumented in one person's head. Build against the stated process and you have built against fiction. Producing this ledger requires being alongside the operator while the work happens — it cannot be produced from a requirements document. ### 2. The AI Boundary Map The determinism ratio for your process: which steps need a model, which need ordinary code, and which stay human. Typically only a minority of steps need a model at all. This is simultaneously a cost argument, a latency argument and an auditability argument, and it counter-positions against every AI-first vendor. ### 3. The evaluation suite and the monthly accuracy report How you know the system is still correct after it ships, and what changed when it was not. Converts a one-shot build into a maintained system with measurable accuracy over time. ### 4. The decision log An audit trail of what the system decided and why. Required for compliance, and required by the people inside the client organisation who have to defend an automated decision to a regulator, an auditor, or a customer. ### 5. The ERP-additive covenant We build on top of your existing systems and never propose replacing your gestionale or ERP. This is a commitment, not a preference. --- ## Services ### Services overview https://supalabs.co/en/services/ "We rebuild how the work runs." Four entry points, differentiated by what you are trying to do rather than by package size. ### Embedded Operators — delivery model https://supalabs.co/en/services/embedded-operators/ An AI implementation partner that sells judgement, not headcount. The commercial destination for buyers evaluating embedded delivery, forward deployed engineering, AI implementation partners, build-vs-embed decisions, and AI staff augmentation alternatives. ### AI Efficiency Audit — defense / efficiency https://supalabs.co/en/services/ai-efficiency-audit/ Find what to automate, and in what order. A structured audit of how the organization actually works: which processes AI should take over, in what sequence, and what each one is worth. For a single function or the whole company. Starts with a 30-minute call. ### AI Opportunity Sprint — offense / growth https://supalabs.co/en/services/ai-opportunity-sprint/ Find your next revenue stream. Maps the assets you already own, surfaces the new products and markets AI makes viable, and ranks the three worth building first. For organisations that are not short of ideas but are short of one they can defend. ### AI Efficiency Program — organization-wide https://supalabs.co/en/services/ai-efficiency-program/ Structured AI adoption across every layer, not a top-down assessment that talks to fifty people. Three-channel discovery, a persistent intelligence layer, and a day-30 go/no-go gate. For marketplace groups, financial services, and post-IPO scaleups. ### Italian market - https://supalabs.co/it/servizi/ — services overview - https://supalabs.co/it/servizi/sprint-mappatura-operativa/ — Sprint di Mappatura Operativa, 5 giorni accanto a chi fa il lavoro. The Italian commercial destination for embedded delivery. - https://supalabs.co/it/servizi/consulenza-automazione-processi-pmi/ — automation of repetitive processes in administration, accounting, documents, email and reporting - https://supalabs.co/it/servizi/partner-tecnico-finanza-agevolata/ — technical partner for grant-funded and subsidised innovation projects Note on Italian vocabulary: Italian-language material deliberately avoids the word "audit", which reads as *verifica fiscale* (a tax inspection) to an Italian SME buyer. Italian surface language is "call di qualifica", "Sprint di Mappatura Operativa", "analisi di processo". English retains "audit". --- ## Italian market expertise We build on top of the Italian software stack rather than around it: - **Invoicing**: Danea Easyfatt, Fatture in Cloud, Zucchetti - **HR and payroll**: Jet HR, Zucchetti HR - **Compliance**: SDI electronic invoicing, INPS, CCNL, DURC, F24 Sector clusters with substantial published Italian content: edilizia and construction (site management, computi metrici, subcontractor management, safety, DURC di congruità), manifatturiero, the Triveneto and NordEst industrial districts, healthcare administration, public procurement, and finanza agevolata. --- ## Glossary of delivery-model terms Published with full definitions in all six site languages at https://supalabs.co/en/glossary/ - **Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)** — an engineer who works inside the customer's environment rather than from a vendor backlog. - **Embedded Operator** — the delivery model SUPALABS sells. The test that separates the categories: a consultant is done when the report is accepted, an integrator when the spec is met, and an operator when the client's team runs the system unaided. - **Evaluation Suite (Evals)** — the test harness that establishes whether a probabilistic system is still producing correct output after deployment. - **AI Audit Trail** — the record of what an automated system decided and on what basis. - **Shadow Mode** — running a new system alongside the existing process without acting on its output, to measure accuracy before handover. - **Human in the Loop (HITL)** — an approval or exception step where a person retains the decision. --- ## Free tools Public, no signup, no charge. Directory: https://supalabs.co/en/free-tools/ **Business planning**: MVP cost calculator, MVP estimator, automation ROI calculator, AI chatbot cost calculator, SaaS pricing calculator, API cost calculator, tech stack recommender **SEO and marketing**: SEO analysis, SEO audit, keyword research, email subject generator, social media post generator **AI and writing**: AI prompt generator, AI summarizer, AI text humanizer, AI content detector, paraphrasing tool, business name generator **Utilities**: JSON formatter, word counter **Italian-specific**: costo dipendente vs automazione, diagnosi automazione, Transizione 5.0, calcolatore automazione WhatsApp These are lead-generation and utility surfaces. They are not the offer. The offer is the engagement model above. --- ## Editorial content Around 295 published articles across six languages, at https://supalabs.co/en/blog/ and https://supalabs.co/it/blog/ Core positioning articles: - Embedded Operators: How to Buy AI Delivery That Actually Ships — https://supalabs.co/en/blog/embedded-operators-how-to-buy-ai-delivery - AI-Native Isn't a Strategy Deck: What It Actually Changes in Your Operating Model — https://supalabs.co/en/blog/ai-native-enterprise-what-it-actually-means - Why Innovation Programmes Stall: You Funded Strategy, Not Operators — https://supalabs.co/en/blog/innovation-programs-stall-without-operators - AI ROI Does Not Come From Cutting Headcount — https://supalabs.co/en/blog/ai-roi-is-not-headcount-reduction - AI Does Not Respect Your Org Chart — https://supalabs.co/en/blog/ai-does-not-respect-your-org-chart - Your Leadership Team Already Disagrees. The 30-minute qualification call is free; the Mapping Sprint is paid discovery; the Build is quoted at a fixed price from what the sprint actually found. Price discovery happens on the call, where scope is actually known. **Is anything free?** Only the 30-minute qualification call. There is no free audit, no free assessment, no free roadmap. Those are deliverables and they take real work. **Do we have to replace our existing software?** No. We build on top of the tools you already run, via APIs. That commitment is explicit and named: the ERP-additive covenant. **How much of the system will actually be AI?** Usually a minority of it. The winning architecture is majority deterministic software with model calls only at genuine judgement points and a human at approval. The ratio for your specific process is published as the AI Boundary Map. **How do you handle GDPR and the EU AI Act?** Self-hosted tooling on EU infrastructure for sensitive processes, full data processing agreements, and a decision log so every automated decision can be traced and defended. Article 50 content-labelling obligations are covered in published guidance. **How fast are results?** First workflow live in production 6 weeks from the start of the build, owned and run by your team. **What happens after handover?** The Run stage: monthly accuracy reporting, regression alerts, cost tracking, and quarterly re-scoping. The evaluation suite is what makes this a measurable service rather than a retainer. **Which markets do you serve?** Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France, in six languages. Italian-market delivery has the deepest tooling and compliance coverage. --- ## Reference - llms.txt: https://supalabs.co/llms.txt - llms-full.txt: https://supalabs.co/llms-full.txt - Sitemap: https://supalabs.co/sitemap.xml - Services: https://supalabs.co/en/services/ - Engagement model and method: https://supalabs.co/en/method/ - Redacted sample artifacts: https://supalabs.co/en/method/artifacts/ - Industries: https://supalabs.co/en/industries/ - Glossary: https://supalabs.co/en/glossary/ - Contact: hellosupalabs@gmail.com - Book a qualification call: https://calendar.app.google/DTsGJeoDBL3jBsYB6
