SUPALABS is an AI implementation partner that sells judgement, not headcount. Most embedded engineering vendors offer senior engineers in your repository, starting next week — a staffing answer to a judgement problem. We embed alongside the people who do the work to decide which parts of it should become a model, which should become ordinary code, and which should stay with a person. Usually, most of the system should not be AI.

We do not sell SaaS, and we do not propose replacing your existing systems. We build on top of the software you already run.

## How an engagement runs

Four stages. The 30-minute qualification call is free; everything after it is quoted per engagement once the scope is known, because the scope is a finding, not an assumption. No figures are published.

1. **Qualification call** — 30 minutes, free. A short call to decide whether there is anything here worth mapping. No deck, no proposal, no follow-up sequence.
2. **Mapping Sprint** — 5 days with your team, paid discovery. We work alongside the people who do the job and map how it actually runs. If it shows you nothing you did not already know, you do not pay.
3. **Build** — 6 weeks to first workflow live. Scoped from the sprint findings rather than from a guess. Majority deterministic software, model calls only at genuine judgement points.
4. **Run** — ongoing, monthly. Monitoring, accuracy reporting, regression alerts, cost tracking and quarterly re-scoping.

## What you are actually buying

Five artifacts, produced by sitting alongside the people who do the work:

1. **The Exception Ledger** — every real deviation from the documented process. The documented process is not the real process: ask what step one is and you are told "an email arrives", when the reality is forty senders, no two formatted alike, half the payload in PDFs, and the routing logic undocumented in one person's head.
2. **The AI Boundary Map** — the determinism ratio. Which steps need a model, which need ordinary code, and which stay human. Typically only a minority of steps need a model at all.
3. **The evaluation suite and monthly accuracy report** — how you know the system is still right after it ships, and what changed when it was not.
4. **The decision log** — an audit trail of what the system decided and why, for compliance and for the people who have to defend it.
5. **The ERP-additive covenant** — we build on top of your existing systems. We never propose replacing your gestionale.

**Q: What does an engagement cost?**
A: No figures are published. The 30-minute qualification call is free; the Mapping Sprint is paid discovery, and the Build is quoted at a fixed price from what the sprint actually found. Pricing a build before the sprint would mean pricing a guess.

**Q: Is anything free?**
A: Only the 30-minute qualification call. We do not offer a free audit, a free assessment, or a free roadmap — those are the deliverables, and they take real work.

**Q: Do we need to replace our existing software?**
A: No. We build on top of the tools you already run, via APIs. No rip-and-replace. That commitment is explicit — we call it the ERP-additive covenant.

**Q: How much of the system will actually be AI?**
A: Usually a minority of it. The winning architecture is majority deterministic software with model calls only at genuine judgement points and a human at approval. We publish the ratio for your process as the AI Boundary Map.

**Q: Is it GDPR compliant?**
A: Yes. Self-hosted tooling on EU infrastructure for sensitive processes, full data processing agreements, and a decision log so every automated decision can be traced and defended.

**Q: How fast are results?**
A: First workflow live in production in 6 weeks from the start of the build, owned and run by your team.

**Q: Who does SUPALABS work with?**
