What is Embedded Operator?

A delivery model in which the people building the AI system work inside the client's processes and own the outcome, rather than delivering a report (a consultant) or meeting a specification (a systems integrator). The test that separates them: a consultant is done when the report is accepted, an integrator when the spec is met, and an operator when the client's team runs the system unaided.
