Fatture in Cloud starts at €4 + VAT a month in the first year for flat-rate taxpayers only, and Fattura24 at €4 + VAT a month in the first year, renewing at €120 + VAT a year. For very low volumes the Agenzia delle Entrate offers a free web procedure, the FatturAE app and PC software.

Easyfatt Cloud starts at €420 + VAT a year if bought directly and includes the installable version; if you already hold a desktop licence, check the upgrade cost with Danea. Fatture in Cloud starts at €144 + VAT a year on Standard and handles electronic till receipts on no plan.

Fatture in Cloud takes customer and product lists of up to 500 rows per file, imports only the last 2 years of Easyfatt-Xml documents, and cannot import DDTs, accompanying invoices, supplier orders or non-electronic purchase invoices; e-invoices that went through TS Digital have a separate import. Fattura24 says it imports all past years free.

Easyfatt and Fatture in Cloud include it through TS Digital (Easyfatt for 10 years, if you opt in when activating the service); Aruba only while the contract is active, deleting data after 90 days of limited access; Fattura24 does not include it and points to the tax agency. The Agenzia delle Entrate's service is free and starts when you sign an agreement in the reserved area: the agreement runs for three years and must be renewed, and invoices that pass through SDI while it is active are kept for 15 years.
