Replacing the PDF, the WhatsApp Thread and the Spreadsheet
Most coaches deliver training plans as PDFs, collect check-ins over chat and track progress in a spreadsheet. We built the platform that unifies all three — and gives the coach’s own clients an app carrying the coach’s brand, not ours.

fitness!The Need
A coach with fifty clients is running fifty parallel administrative threads. The training plan goes out as a PDF, so it cannot be updated once sent and cannot record whether anything was actually done. Check-ins arrive as chat messages mixed in with scheduling and small talk, which means the record of a client’s progress is a conversation nobody can query. Measurements and questionnaire answers land in a spreadsheet that only the coach understands. Nothing connects: the plan does not know what was completed, the progress log does not know what was prescribed, and the client experiences a professional service as a stream of attachments. It does not scale, and it does not look like the business the coach is trying to build.
The Approach
We built the product as three connected surfaces rather than one screen. The coach gets a web workspace for clients, programmes, questionnaires, progress, branding and their own subscription. The client gets a dedicated mobile app on iOS and Android that carries the coach’s brand rather than the platform’s — the coach is the business the client is buying from, and the software should not compete for that relationship. Between them sits the domain logic that keeps the two in agreement, so a plan the coach edits is the plan the client sees, and a session the client completes is the progress the coach reads. Questionnaires, diet, training and messaging live in the same model, which is what allows a progress view to mean anything: the record knows both what was prescribed and what was done, instead of holding one half in a PDF and the other half in a chat thread.
